Generally, the structure of transfer cart has many components, such as control switch, voltage converter, warning lamp, conductive transmission device, frame, wheel, electrical system, etc. Therefore, combination installation needs rigorous operation.

Wireless Control Handle Installation

Firstly, the transmitter is installed on the electric flat transfer car. It should be noted that only the material flat cart with reserved wireless PCI interface can be used. Otherwise, the external PCI conversion interface should be installed.

The installation of the variable voltage device for electric transfer cart should take into account the size of the voltage transformer, the size of the voltage box, the power and so on. When the switch is connected, the red line of the voltage transformer is connected to the positive pole, the black line is connected with the negative pole, the yellow line is grounded, and the foam around the cushion relievs the vibration caused by the running of the material transport billet transfer cart.
